SUNDAYS - 8 Weeks

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Teaches the fundamental skills of basketball in a fun and unique way so that beginner players can learn and enjoy the game faster. Designed to help players improve their basketball ability with each session emphasizing basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, defense etc.) and also a controlled basketball game.

Ages 6 - 7

SUNDAYS - 8 Weeks

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Designed for players who want increased basketball skill training. The program improves Basketball IQ and emphasizes how to mentally and physically prepare for outstanding performance. Skill training includes improving shooting technique, teamwork, intensity and game strategy and also a controlled basketball game.

Hurdle Huddle
Middle School Elite Training

SUNDAYS - 8 Weeks

1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

This course is for motivated players who want high intensity training. Coaches will teach how to filter emotions before a game and how to take care of your body. Each session focuses on improving your basketball intelligence, reviewing game tactics, high-level offensive, defensive drills, game strategy and also a controlled basketball game.

High School Elite Training

SUNDAYS - 8 Weeks

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

The EXCEL Development League is geared towards athletes looking for extra time in a game setting to display their skills and talents. Parity is most important for this league; therefore, Coach Hurdle will organize players in accordance with their skill level and age.
